Omega Aquatics Flipfins™ Limited Warranty Program

(a) Omega Aquatics, Inc. (Omega) warrants its Flipfins™ to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to perform in the manner and under the conditions as specified by Omega for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase and warrants Aqua-Hinge™ for a limited lifetime.

(b) This warranty does not cover any damage to such consumable items as fin straps and buckles included with purchase. Warranty coverage does not extend to damages caused by improper use (walking on abrasive surfaces, sharp stones, etc), improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, fire, casualty or normal wear and aging. Also not covered, warped, deformed or delaminating fin blades due to exposure to heat. Damage or discoloration caused by normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Cosmetic damage(s), such as scratches, nicks and fraying are not covered under warranty except when the product is new, out of the original packaging.

Warranty does not extend to equipment used for military purposes.

Limitation Of Liability

Omega Aquatics shall not be liable for any injury or damage that may, directly or indirectly, occur to persons, things, or animals resulting from the use of this product.

Omega Aquatics shall not be liable for damage resulting from the failure to observe the full content of the Instruction Manual especially instructions concerning the use and maintenance of the product.

Omega Aquatics will not be held responsible for any agreements written or oral except of those that are a part of this warranty statement.

Omega Aquatics entire liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of the product at Omega Aquatics option.

Omega Aquatics will not pay any compensation for any inconveniences which might be caused by the inability to use the Product or for any potential expenses incurred while the Product is being repaired or replaced.

Policy on eBay Sales

Omega Aquatics Inc. strictly prohibits the sale of Omega Aquatics products on eBay except to authorized dealers see: "Find An Authorized Dealer". Therefore, it is Omega Aquatics policy that no warranties will be honored for Omega Aquatics products purchased from any eBay non authorized merchant.

Product Registration

Thank you for using online product registration. You will need to retain a copy of your original receipt during the warranty period. Requests for warranty consideration must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt.

A return authorization number provided by Omega Aquatics Inc. must be prominently displayed on the address label of any item returned for warranty consideration. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping to Omega Aquatics Inc. for warranty consideration. Call 847 850-5382 to obtain a reference number for return merchandise authorization.
